Terms of Service

The service
ShopConnect reads content that Shopify storefronts publish to the public, such as product pages, collections, policies, FAQs, and displayed reviews, and makes it available to AI clients you connect. You may connect stores you own, stores you manage for clients, and other public storefronts for research and comparison. We never access a store's admin, customer records, or anything behind a login. You are responsible for how you use the output, including compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Accounts and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, to overload or attack third-party sites, to republish another brand's content as your own, or to resell extracted data as a standalone product.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
