Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial first
Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Refunds
Because every plan starts with a free trial, we do not issue automatic refunds for partial billing periods after a charge has been made.
If you believe you were charged in error, or a service failure kept you from using what you paid for, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We will review it and refund where appropriate. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
